🎲✨ FAMILY CHALLENGE: CREATE YOUR OWN FORTUNE TELLER ✨🎲

 

This week’s family challenge is super fun!

We’re going to make our own paper fortune teller (also called cootie catcher) and play together at home.

🧩 Materials:

• 1 square sheet of paper (colored or decorated)

• Colored pencils or markers

• Scissors ✂️ (if you need to cut the paper)

• And lots of excitement! 😄

🪄 Instructions:

1. Fold your paper into a fortune teller shape (you can follow a video or your teacher’s guide).

2. Write numbers or colors on the outside flaps.

3. Inside, write questions, challenges, positive messages or funny phrases.

4. Decorate your fortune teller with drawings or creative patterns.

🎯 How to play:

1. One player chooses a number or color.

2. The other opens and closes the fortune teller according to the letters or numbers.

3. Finally, lift a flap and… discover the hidden message! 💬

👉 You can use your fortune teller to practice vocabulary, review school topics or just have fun as a family.

¡Esta semana os traemos un reto muy divertido para disfrutar en familia!
Vamos a crear un comecocos (también conocido como fortune teller o cootie catcher) y jugar con él en casa.

🧩 Materiales necesarios:

• 1 hoja cuadrada de papel (puede ser de color o decorada)

• Lápices o rotuladores de colores

• Tijeras ✂️ (si necesitas recortar el papel)

• ¡Y muchas ganas de pasarlo bien! 😄

🪄 Instrucciones:

1. Dobla la hoja en forma de comecocos (puedes seguir un vídeo o las instrucciones del cole).

2. Escribe números o colores en las solapas exteriores.

3. En el interior, escribe preguntas, retos, mensajes positivos o frases divertidas.

4. Decora tu comecocos con dibujos o patrones creativos.

🎯 Cómo se juega:

1. Un jugador elige un número o color.

2. El otro mueve el comecocos abriéndolo y cerrándolo según las letras o números elegidos.

3. Al final, se levanta una solapa y… ¡descubrimos la sorpresa escondida! 💬

👉 Puedes usar el comecocos para practicar vocabulario, repasar contenido del cole o simplemente reírte un rato en familia.

Steps:

Some people can’t tell colors apart! That means colors look very similar or almost the same to them, and sometimes they can’t tell if something is red, green, or blue. This is called color blindness. Imagine seeing the world in a different way, like the colors are playing hide and seek!

💡 Your challenge: Start the month by creating a Vision Board together as a family!

Steps:

1. Take a large sheet of paper or cardboard.

2. Divide it into three sections: Today / This Month / Future Years.

3. Write or draw things you would like to achieve in each section.

4. Decorate your board to make it inspiring.

5. Share your goals and place the Vision Board somewhere visible at home.

Goal: Encourage reflection, creativity, and motivation as you visualize short- and long-term goals together.
